William Wiggins Jr, age 92, passed away on March 13, 2018. Michael was born on July 7, 1925. William was loved by all who knew him and he will be greatly missed. Burial will take place at Lakeview Memorial Gardens in Avon Park FL on Monday March 19, 2018 at 10:30 am.
