Roy Earl Shelpman, age 81, passed away on February 17, 2017 Roy was born on November 28, 1935. Roy was loved by all who knew him and he will be greatly missed. There will be a funeral service celebrating his life on Monday February 17, 2017, 11:00 am. at Maranatha Baptist Church in Avon Park, FL. Burial will take place immediately following the service at Lakeview Memorial Gardens in Avon Park, FL.
