ROWE, Robert S,. Jr. of Sebring FL, passed away on Saturday, August 2, 2014. Robert was born on February 23, 1943, at the US Army Hospital at Fort Monroe, Virginia. He gratuated from the University of Tennessee and shorlty thereafter married Patrica Ann Walker. They had three children together: Michael, Michelle, and Cheryl Rowe. Throughout his working career, Robert working in personnel management. He is the son of Robert S Rowe and Jean M Rowe. He leaves behind one brother, William E Rowe. Services arranged by Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home.
