Mrs. Phyllis Dorothy Lent's Obituary
Phyllis Dorothy Lent, 82, Sebring, FL went to be with the Lord on October 23, 2014 at her residence in Sebring, FL. Mrs. Lent was born on August 19, 1932 in Bath, NY to her parents Bert and Lula Wessels. She had been a Certified Nursing Assistant in the Health Care Industry and had moved to Sebring 10 years ago from Bath, NY. She was a member of Christ Fellowship Church in Sebring and had worked on a medical boat on the Amazon River with "Project Amazon" in 1988 for six months. She is survived by her loving children: Susan & Gary Kaarlela of Sebring, FL; Joan Ballas of Melbourne, FL; Joseph & Patricia Lent of Grant, FL; and Nancy & Andrew Farley of Palm Bay, FL; a daughter-in-law, Patricia Lent of Melbourne, FL; fourteen grandchildren; twenty four great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Lent of 62 years; her parents, Bert and Lula Wessels; a son, David Lent; sisters, Wilma Grey and Ruth Hulse; and a brother Donald Wessels. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Christ Fellowship Church, on New Life Way in Sebring, FL.
