KIMMELL, MILDRED M., 99, of Sebring, Fl died March 24, 2016. Born in Kimmell, IN, daughter of the late Charles H. and Emma Musselman. Retired from Flint & Walling Irrigation; a member of American Legion Auxiliary Post #86 and a Lady Elk and First Christian Church, all of Kendallville, IN, moved to Sebring in 1986 and a member of Highlands Senior Center. Preceded in death by her husbands, John I. Smart and Ralph E. Kimmell; sons, John Smart, Ronald Smart and Fred Smart; brothers, Don, Clarence and Everett Musselman; sisters, Mary Jane Nesbitt, Hazel Hartley and Margaret Smart. She is survived by her sons, Robert Smart, Durham, NC and William Smart, Avon Park, FL; sister, Rosetta Leach, Fostoria, OH and step-children, Edward and Larry Kimmell and Rita Jennings, all of Kendallville, IN; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Private burial will be at Lakeview Memorial Gardens.
