Joyce E. Strader's Obituary
Joyce E. Strader, 90, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Friday, April 6, 2018. She was born in Elwood, Indiana on May 26, 1927 to Cliff and Olive (Scholl) Garrett. She came to Sebring from Naperville, Illinois and had been a resident since 1985. Joyce worked as a bank trust officer, attended Horizon Christian Church of Valrico, Florida as well as First United Methodist Church of Sebring.
She is survived by her son, Gary Strader (Mary) of Riverview, Florida; grandchildren, Erin, Karla, and Monica; five great-grandchildren, Mariah, Hailey, Makayla, Silas, and Katarina. She is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Strader.
As a long-term resident of Sebring she developed many friendships that she considered her greatest treasure besides her family. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home.
