Joyce M Stepp's Obituary
Joyce Snapp, 87, passed away Sunday, May 28th 2017 in Sebring, FL. She was born February 10th 1930 in Sebring to the late John Reuben Ramer and Marie Z. (Dudding) Ramer. Having been a lifelong resident of Florida; she attended Whispering Pine Baptist Church of Sebring and enjoyed a good game of cards. Survivors include her children: Donald “Rocky” Ross (Barbara) Snapp, Jr.- Sebring, FL; Carl Edwin Snapp - Sebring, FL and Dreama (Bobby) Gibson- Alphreta, GA.; Half-sisters: Raegan Rachael Rothchild and Sarah Ramer; Niece: Beth (Larry) Pepper- Sebring, FL; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Ross Snapp; and one brother; Milton Ramer. A graveside service will take place Wednesday May 31st 2017 at 11 A.M. at Lakeview Memorial Gardens. The family askes that in lieu of flowers to please make a donation to a charity of your choice.
