James N. Braitewaite's Obituary
James N Braithwaite passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on November 3, 2017. He was born in Antigua on December 3, 1932 to James and Berry Braithwaite, and came to Avon Park in 1950. James loved eating and watching western movies. He is survived by his wife Theslyn, his children; Rose (Will) Boatwright, Noel (Lavern) Braithwaite, Clayton Braithwaite, Arlene (Otis) Culbreth, Mary Braithwaite, and Annette Dillion; twenty-eight grandchildren and forty-nine great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, two children, Sallie Wooden and Veal Braithwaite and siblings Eric and Wilma Braithwaite.
A visitation will be held On Saturday November 11, 2017 at 10am and the funeral service will begin at 11am at the Stephenson Nelson Funeral Home in Avon Park, FL. Pastor Stanley Smith will officiate.
