Iris J Raley's Obituary
Iris J. Raley, 90, of Sebring, Florida went to be with her Lord on Monday, Oct. 30, 2017. She was born in Beualville, North Carolina on Dec. 5, 1926, the daughter of Bob Jones and Nannie Mae Tyndall. She moved to Sebring from Fruitland Park in 1960. Iris was a bank officer at Barnett Bank and retired from the bank after 17 years. After retirement, she and her husband, Francis, traveled extensively throughout the United States and Canada. They were avid square dancers and active members of the local club. She was a long-time member of First United Methodist Church.
Iris was preceded in death by a son, Allen Raley, and she is survived by a loving family, husband, Francis H. Raley; and daughter, Gwen Raley both of Sebring; sons, Stan (Debby) Raley of Bradenton and Bill (Linda) Raley of Conover, North Carolina; six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be at 9 a.m. Monday, Nov. 6 at First United Methodist Church with service to follow at 10 a.m. Entombment will follow at Lakeview Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Morris Funeral Chapel. www.morrisfuneralchapel.com
