STROUP HELEN D., 86 of Sebring, FL died Feb 2, 2016. Helen was born in Jacksonville, FL, daughter of the late James Roy and Helen G. (High) Donahue. Graduate of Sebring High School class of 1947. She married Frank Stroup on June 8, 1947. She lived in Orlando working for Lawyers Title and Guarantee Fund, returning to Sebring in 1981. Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Frank and a son, Paul Howard Stroup. She is survived by her daughter, Leigh Eures, Lake Placid, FL; sons, Frank Daniel Stroup, Jr., Sebring, Brian Douglas Stroup, Rockledge, FL, James Barry Stroup, Orlando, FL and Patrick Andrew Stroup, Waycross, GA; sister, Maureen C. Donahue, Bernardston, MA; six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren. The family will receive friends, Saturday 2-4 pm at Morris Funeral Chapel, 307 S. Commerce Ave, Sebring. Memorials are suggested to the Humane Society.
