Estelle Barley's Obituary
Estelle J. Barley, wife of Francis L. Barley Jr. went to be with the Lord on August 24, 2017. Mrs. Barley was born on April 3, 1926 in Kendrick, Florida. She was preceded in death by her four brothers and one sister. She had two sons Charlie (Carol) and David. She had eight Grandchildren, fifteen Great-Grandchildren, and four Great-Great-Grandchildren. Mr. and Mrs. Barley lived in Ft. Myers, Florida until 1952, when they relocated to Naples, Florida. They started Barley’s Paints in 1954 and worked until they retired in 1985. Estelle operated the art department and taught many craft classes for most of that time. Mrs. Barley was a charter member and very active at East Naples Church for many years. They move to Sebring, Florida in 1985 where she was an avid golfer until her health deteriorated. Services will be held at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Sebring on September 2, 2017 with a visitation at 1:00 pm and funeral service at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to East Naples Baptist Church, 1697 Shadowlawn Dr., Naples, FL 34112, in memory of Estelle Barley.
