Mr. Emmett F. Jones' Obituary
Emmett F. Jones, age 93, passed away on Monday December 9, 2013 in Lake Placid, FL. He was born in Allendale, IL on July 24, 1920 to Emmett F. and Lillian (Bell) Jones, Sr. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II, was a Plumber, and was of the Baptist Faith.
He is survived by his granddaughter, Leigh Jones and 3 great grandchildren also by his nephew Nick Cline. He was preceded in death by his wife of over 50 years, Thelma L. (Hicks) Jones, his only son, James P. Jones and his sister, Betty Sue Cline.Graveside Entombment Services will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at Lakeview Memorial Gardens at our Chapel of Serenity.
