Mrs. Donna Phalan's Obituary
PHALAN, Donna Jeane (Folkert), age 88, passed away July 24, 2013, at Good Shepherd Hospice House in Sebring, FL, with her husband of 59 years, George "Duke" Phalan by her side. Donna was a lieutenant in the U. S. Navy during the Korean War. She is survived by her husband and son, Neal Folkert Phalan (Alison) of Stow, Mass. and a sister, Nancy Ann Browning of Marine City, Mich. Cremation by I. C. S. Cremation Society. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice House, 1110 Hammock Rd., Sebring, FL 33870. Phone: (863) 402-1066.
Interment to be held with Lakeview Memorial Gardens in the Garden of Honor on May 30, 2014 at 11AM.
