Clarence E Bassett's Obituary
BASSETT, CLARENCE E., 79 of Sebring, FL died September 27, 2015. He was born in Johnstown, PA and a graduate of Lowes Chantsford High School, Pennsylania. He married Ethel Smith on August 1, 1955 moving to Sebring in 1958. He worked for Cauffields Hardware and Plumbing and later for Longs Air Conditioning. He founded Bassett Electric in 1980 and was a faithful member of Sebring Church of the Brethren. Clarence is survived by his wife, Ethel and their sons, Greg (Debbie ) Bassett, Jeffrey (Carolyn) Basett all of Sebring, Donald (Nancy) Bassett, OH, Tony Bassett, Brian (Lynette) Bassett, David (Judy) Bassett all of Sebring; brother, Clair (Dalores) Bassett, PA and sister, Helen Trimmer, Washington, DC; eleven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Visitation 6-8, Wednesday at Morris Funeral Chapel. Services 10:00 am, Thursday at Sebring Church of the Brethren with Pastors David Smalley. Entombment to follow at Lakeview Memorial Gardens, Avon Park, FL.
